COVID-19

To all our wonderful clients,

We are implementing and reinforcing a number of additional, proactive health and safety measures in regards to the current health pandemic to ensure we can continue to provide you with the best and safest experience possible.

We are still operating as normal and to full capacity at this time. We assure you that we are monitoring the situation in the local community and country, adapting our policy and procedures immediately if there are any changes necessary.

Whilst the office is still open, some of our team or their family members are considered at risk, some have chosen to work from home rather than in the office, and some have been asked to go into self-isolation after being overseas, so the office may at times be a little bit short staffed. We thank you for being patient with us during this time.  

We would prefer to try to minimise face to face appointments where possible. If you can, please email or drop in your work and we can have a telephone or Skype discussion to go through everything rather than meeting face to face.

If you are coming in to the office, we want you to be as safe and comfortable as possible when you attend your appointment and in order to do that, we ask that you please adhere to the following:

  • Please do not attend your appointment if you are feeling unwell.
  • Please do not attend your appointment if you have returned from overseas in the last 2 weeks, or being in close contact with someone that has returned from overseas in the last 2 weeks.
  • Please call us and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment.
  • We will have alcohol-based hand gel on the front counter for you to use when you enter the building.
